The Wyoming Department of Education runs Hathaway Scholarship. Up to $2,360 per semester for eligible Wyoming graduates of public high school, homeschool, or HSEC. Higher GPA and standardized test scores earn more each semester at the University of Wyoming or a Wyoming community college.
