Came to the U.S. before age 16 and before November 1, 2021, and have lived in the U.S. continuously since then. Live in Alabama, Arkansas, Indiana, Iowa, Louisiana, Maine, Mississippi, Missouri, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Ohio, South Carolina, West Virginia, or Wisconsin, graduate from a public or private high school in that same state, and live in that state. Must relocate, live on campus, and enroll full-time in a bachelor's program at Christian Brothers University, Delaware State University, Dominican University, Eastern Connecticut State University, or Trinity Washington University. Low-income Dreamer students who came to the United States before age 16 and before November 1, 2021, have lived in the United States continuously since then, are not eligible for federal student aid, and do not hold a temporary nonimmigrant visa.
